Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel comfortable with your LUNARAE piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition and packaging.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and returned in original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.
